Is there a size limit on CSV files that retain formating?

I'm seeing strange behavior when saving a report as CSV and retaining the formating. If the the resulting file will be larger than about 620K, the csv file will not have all the columns. The max file size seems to vary from machine to machine but is in the 600Kb - 700Kb range.
Has anyone seen this or have any ideas.

Thanks,
Brian

There has allways been a export file size limit. I think it has to do with ReportSmith's 16 bit history. What I have allways done is create a macro and write the file myself.
