Ok,
My report looks like this (in essence)

Header
Date Job_Title Job_Manager
xx/xx/xx XXXXXX XXXXX
xx/xx/xx XXXXXX XXXXX

It's in landscape orientation.
What I would like to do inorder to save space is have the report print like this. (This would be on one page)

Header
Date Job_Title Job_Manager Date Job_Title Job Manager
xx/xx xxxx xxxx xx/xx xxx xxxx

I ran out of room there, but what I'm getting at is a columnized report or something like that. Where I could have The records in this order.

Job_Title Job_Title
A C
B D

Talking it out with myself I see a problem using a label twice in the same report detail line.
Can it be done, and how...

Hello mrblonde!

Build a report based as your existing... with slight exception: no job title data. Build another report and make it 2 column based on your job title data. Now install the second into the first as a subreport. Et Voila! problem solved. ;-) Gord

I'm out for the day but I will try your suggestion tomorrow and let you know... Thanks Gord!

Open the report in design mode

Goto "Page setup..." on the "File" menu

There's a "Column" tab.

That should get you started.

Hope this helps
