Is there a program to find the heat of your CPU in Windows?

Basically, my subject says it all.

Does anyone know a program that can find the heat of the CPU via Windows so that you don't have to restart and do it through your BIOS?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Depends on the moterboard. Who made it? Most manufacturers have a utility. There are 3rd party ones too.
