is there a mute 25327 type command for finding the mac addresss of the phone

Hi

I need the mac address off a phone that's stuck in dhcp on boot up, phone is in remote site and user can't see SN number, I'm sure there is a mute/hold type command you can do but for the life of me brain is blank!
