Is there a Microsoft Script Debugger app for ws 2003?

I am wondering if there's something similar to what's on 2000 that'll give me some minimal server side debugging capabilities.

I don't want to install vs.net on the machines running simulated production environments but it would greatly help if I could somehow see what's going on in the background.
