Is There a Javascript equivalent Function to IsDate()?

Does anyone know of a Javascript function that is the equal to CF's IsDate() function?

I recommend that you go to the JavaScript Forums and ask them specifically, "Is there a JavaScript Function that can evaluate whether or not a variable is a date?".
