Is there a datetimepicker/dropdown in ASP?

I just want a simple dropdown that expands into a calendar, so a user can pick a date.

Also, I'd like to list a time picker (prefereably in 5 minute increments - if you hit 9... it'd jump to 9:00, 9:05, 9:10 etc...)

I know I must be missing it, but for the life of me, I can't find it.

The calendar is a bit big and clunky... can anyone suggest an equivalent control for web forms?
