Hi all,

I wonder if there is a button which I can give to a secretary which will enable her to tell if her boss is on another call rather than dialling?

The reason being is that he is on another floor & if htere is a button I don't know about this will be great.

I think the button you want is "busy-ind" followed by the boss's extension TopGunner

The busy-ind also doubles as a speed dial button to call his extension.

Favorite all too common vendor responses: "We've never seen this issue before." AND "No one's ever wanted to use it like that before.

I'd also put a priority button on the secretary phone. then if the boss has the send-all-calls activated, she can still geta call through to him and can still ring his phone if he is on a call.
