Is it possible to program the system from a remote location? We want to ask someone else to record our greetings and messages. We lost our manual and cannot get that information. So if any of you know anything, please let me know. Thnaks

Sounds like you want to program your voicemail remotely (a Partner Mail, I assume). Yes, you can do this. If transferring through the auto attendant, dial *7, login to mailbox 99, and then program away. On a manually assisted call, ask to be transferred to 777, login to mailbox 99, etc. If this is an external Partner Mail, then login to mailbox 9997 instead. Brian Cox

Thanks. I was able to enter the system. It asked to enter extension, I entered 99, it said WRONG

I tried 10, it asked for a password... I have no idea what to enter. Any idea ? What is the factiory default password? Thank you.

Yes, I got to that myself and it worked :)
Thanks anyway
