is it possible to view users screen

Is it possible as an Administrator of 12 computers to navigate from my workstation to any computer on the network and view the users desktop.

We want to know what they are doing at any given time.

You would have to install vnc server on all the workstations. Then you can use vnc viewer on your workstation to see what they are doing.

There are actually heaps of programs that do this sort of thing. Go to download.com and have a look over there.
