I administer a Definity G3 v12 PBX. I have a 8-member hunt group setup as type UCD-MIA. Is there a PBX command or report that will show me which of the 8 hunt-group members are currently busied-in and accepting calls for the UCD-MIA hunt-group? I have tried some of the hunt-group traffic analysis reports without much success. I may just be missing something.

In terminal emulation mode you can use the command:

list bcms split (or skill) xxx

You can also use the status station and look on page 3.

Should look like this.

ACD STATUS

Grp/Mod Grp/Mod Grp/Mod Grp/Mod Grp/Mod
11/AI / / / / On ACD Call? no
/ / / / /

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.

Sorry, I looked back at my post and the command should have been:

monitor bcms skill (or split) xxx

Sorry fot the mistake.

I am not very well versed with the ACD application. Sounds like I have some research / testing to do in regards to this topic. I just upgraded in the past 1 1/2 yrs from Definity G3 V3 to the current G3 V12 and there are a lot of new features that I get to try out now. I am like a kid in a candy store (so to speak). Currently, my UCD-MIA hunt group has the ACD parameter set to No. I will need to do some testing with the ACD feature to see how this affects my current hunt group. I am assuming that the status station will not show my anything unless I have the ACD parameter active on the hunt group and I am sure there is more to learn about the skill sets and BCMS. I will take any feedback anyone has on this matter, but you can go ahead and close this thread and I can ask more questions after I research the ACD feature a little bit more. Thanks for everyone's input.
