Hi everybody,

I want to know if it is possible to use a B189 Conference Phone without a communication server ? I know this is normally what is expected, but is there a chance to connect a B189 against another SIP ... possibly with another firmware ?

Thanks in advance, Olaf

The B189 is an H323 phone - it will work with a device that accepts h323 registrations (notably, and tested with: CM).

You would probably need a B179 if you wanted the ultra generic option for IP, or the 159 for analog/others.

Short answer: I don' think so.
