I created a domain using Windows 2003 Enterprise. And created another DC under it. DNS works fine and it sees each other. But if you go into Active Directory Site Services->Sites->Default-First-Site-Name->Servers->Domain2->NTDS Settings it is blank. Is there anyway for it to create the domain1 sid?? Because of that, systems are not replicating any information. Thanks for your help

Yes, but that will probably not help in your case. If you just have two DCs, automatically generated connections should be created.

You should run 'netdiag /v' and 'dcdiag /v' on both DCs and look for problems.
