Is it possible to have dynamic SQL in Stored procedures in Oracle. If so which version.

What I want to do is create a SQL statement from data in the database, eg the where part are stored in fields of a table, where i extract and create the statement.

Yes. Use DBMS_SQL package On Oracle 7/8 or EXECUTE IMMEDIATE command on 8i/9i
