is it possible to cache for faster fps with a preloader

Hey all,

I have a very larger flash document (400mb) that I am using as a presentation. It runs VERY slow, is it possible to have it load up into cache using a preloader so that it runs fast straight away. Right now it runs through the first loop VERY SLOW and then runs satisfactory. Any ideas or anyone know if its possible?

So this is an .exe? Playing from a CD? Or playing a .swf through a browser window?
