A customer did set Arcserve backup and selected the whole server (full green rectangle) to backup the exchange server.
when you select this brick-level isn't included (not set)
Now he wants to restore a deleted individual mailbox. Is this possible ???

Not using brick level backup - brick level backup is automatically excluded for full system backups and is documented as such in the activity log. Dependant on the exchange version you can either restore the mailstore to a recovery group, or setup a temporary server with the same details offline from the main network, restore the whole server and export the mailbox to a PST, and import it back into the main server that way. Documents on the MS website can help with the finer details.
