I have the same interest. Theorectically, this can be done by ODBC. I was able to done that once. But I forgot how to do it exactly. Roughly speaking, you need to set up you FM ODBC and choose the folder of FM database. One trick is only those opened FM database can be viewed by Access. Access does not automatically open FM, unlike its link with Excel. It took me quite a while to figure out. Please read the instruction to set up ODBC. Good luck.
