Hi,

I assume your trying to use CTRL+f or Edit>Find... you can only use this on a form on the active text box so you'll have to create a search function, give some details of the form and controls you need to search and I'm sure we can help...

Thaks Jamie,

I have a parent form with basic information about our customers.

Then a number of tabs with different types of data.

On each tab I have a subform with related table.

I want to be able to search on just the 1 field - postcode and then to bring up the information in the parent form associated with it.

Have I given you enough information???

If you need anything else just ask!!

Many thaks
