I am looking for a Instant Messenger Program that looks for users and pops up on the screen when you get a message. It also needs to be able to pop up on a 2000 Terminal Server for the specific user that is on and the other users on the Terminal Server not get it.

Other than that, all of these people will be coming through a VPN to get on the Terminal Server. Is there a Instant Messenger that will go over a VPN??
