Is DV4 good at uploading? or not as good as others?

I recently experienced not-so-smooth uploading with DV4, maybe I also should blame some other aspects.
But ,Is DV4 good at uploading? or not as good as others?

If you mean Ultradev 4 then it has allways worked fine for me.
