Things are changing, fast. But you are right they have been stagnant for years. bill their internet hosted service as the Future of Call Accounting and I think they are right.
Their service is rock solid and the very low cost.

I found this service on the internet about 7 months ago, and have been introducing gradually to my customers. I have not had a single problem yet and have installed more than 55 sites.

Call accounting isn't dead it is simply at it's zenith.
