Ipoffice 9.0 need user to autop centrex transfer on trunk call s but internall forward to cell wit

hi all.

user 700
no ext, no sip etc...

note: centrex trunks, no trunk to trunk allowed.


need:
-when dialing 700 internally it needs to auto call /send to cell phone of user 700

-when call form a trunk to 700 it needs to auto forward using the flash hook for the centrex lines.


I need help getting a shortcode for flash (centrex) transfers that will auto forward using the forwarding tab of user 700. but if a extension calls 700 (internally) it does not use the centrex ( flash) forwarding.


any suggestions or sample users forwards, SC etc?
