I am new to the ipoffice and am trying to import a configuration as written in the help file. Does anyone know if import works?
I see conflicting reports in the Avaya knowledge base. Some say "this feature does not work right now" Others say it does.
When I import, there are no errors but nothing is written either. I have about 200 extensions and 200 users to import. The file looks ok, but nothing happens.
Does import work? Is there a trick to getting it to work? Is there a place to see the errors?
