IPOffice 8.0(16) Upgrade

When we go to upgrade all the boxes are checked but it immediately fails out when you click on the upgrade button. Any ideas? It says the required license is 5(R8.0) and that's what we have.

You are using the wrong password I'd say, it's "password" by default and is NOT the same as you use for Manager to configure the system :)

Try upgrading just the processor first. If that works, you should be able to power cycle the system and have the connected modules upgrade automatically.
