I have a ip500v1 and need to do upgrade to version6.
what i need to do?

you need either of the licenses below;


• IPO LIC UPG R6.0 SML - 229421
This license can be used to upgrade systems with up to 32 users and no external expansion modules.

• IPO LIC UPG R6.0 - 229420.
This license can be used to upgrade system with more than 32 users or external expansion modules.

• IPO LIC UPG R6 to R10 - 229422.
This license can be used to upgrade systems of an size and allow that system to run future upgrades up to IP Office Release 10.

The hardware is:

4 port ISDN
2 port analog
6 ip phone
3 gsm with 2 sim cards
1 voicemail pro

That is not all.
If you have ip phones then there must be a vcm card.
But you better ask your BP for this information.
Or you going to do it yourself ?
If yes then you really need to know more then what you know now!!!

He must have a VCM card, because he already has ip phones.
Looks to me he only come's here to look for some confermation. Just ask your BP, he can tell you more and help you on the upgrade.
