What I have found is that when DB fails to install it creates a txt file showing the following error:
EXCEPTION caught:
..\..\src\Database.cpp(233): Throw in function unsigned int __cdecl InstallDeferred(unsigned long)
Dynamic exception type: class boost::exception_detail::clone_impl<struct ERR_MSI>
std::exception::what: Unknown exception
[struct ErrorMessage * __ptr64] = ERROR: date/time field value out of range: "1-1-1970"
LINE 9: and p.deleted='1-1-1970'
^
HINT: Perhaps you need a different "datestyle" setting.
[struct boost::errinfo_api_function_ * __ptr64] = void __cdecl Jobs::Execute:

perator ()(struct Jobs::Query &)
[struct boost::errinfo_at_line_ * __ptr64] = 79
[struct boost::errinfo_file_name_ * __ptr64] = ..\..\src\Jobs.cpp
But I have tried every date format, e.g. US, UK and SA
