Ipo500v2 r10.1 group hunt time

Dear experts,

Incoming to group 500 with 2 members,
Member A did not answer the phone and hunt to member B after 4 rings. But customer wanted to have only 3 rings no answer from member a to b.
Any suggestions to satisfy our customer?
