IPO500v2 - E1/R2 Capacity

hey guys

I have a custumer with IPO 500v2 R8.0 (44), this client wanna use three links E1/R2, 30 channels each, but, when the 3 links are connect on PBX we have a frequent loss signal in one of this links.
we all ready checked the infrastructure of this links (cables, conectors, etc) and is everything ok.
I read on manuals that IPO supported 4 links E1/R2.
My question is: if any of yours have a same case and if a case presented problems any of you can help me to resolve this.

Make sure only one is set to clock from the network, another can be fallback and the other "unsuitable"

So, only one these links have set for the the main? I can't put two of in active, and another one like contingency? The IPO doesnt support this configuration?

The clock setting has nothing to do with them being in or out of service, it's just how they synch the TDM with the provider
