IPO500 R5, Hunt Group & Queuing

I have above CCR environment with CCR hunt group. I am getting many lost calls inspite of several agents being free. I can see several Agents available in Delta Server Agents Available screen. Even then On Phone Manager Pro the Hunt Group queue has many calls.


What could be the problem, HG is Longest Waiting type and just for checking also tried rotary. Same situation.

Where am i wrong?
