IPO406v2 Embedded Auto Attendant short code recording wont answer 2

We have an IPO 406v2 and I went to put in an auto attendant. We recorded the short code which is *8102 and placed the Auto Attendant (AATest) in the incoming route destination. However, when I call the test DID that is pointed to the AATest, we cannot hear the recorded greeting. However, we can press the appropriate options and transfer to the proper extension, while listening to dead air.

In the short code for the AA I have the following setting:
Code: *81XX
Feature: Auto Attendant
Tel No: "AA:"AATest".1"

I even went so far as copy/pasted the tel no., "AA:"AATest".1" into all four Morning, noon, evening and menu in the short codes since we only recorded the *8102 greeting but we still hear nothing when we call in. Is there any suggestions?

It's the .4 recording you need to make (*8402 I think)

Unless this is the first attendant you have created, then it would be *8401

You're correct (it was). however, after struggling with getting it working our BP went in and deleted *8401. Said there was a glitch. it then defaulted to *8402.. Thanks for all your help getting me familiar with the IPO. I feel like I'm well on my way.
