I have 3 users in a longest idle HG. I have 1 user set to mobile twinning, checked Hunt group calls eligible and Forwarded calls eligible. Calls will cascade between the 2 desk phones and never try the twinned extension. Calling twinned extension directly, the call gets twined. SMH!

Have you unticked inhibit off switch forward/transfer on system page.
This may prevent the hunt group call from dialing out.
Also remove the other 2 members and leave the twinned one in.
See if it works then.if not then it's the hunt group not being allowed to dial out.
