IPO R8.1 SP8 - Admin Suite install error

Getting a message when installing the latest r8.1.81 Admin suite...

Error 1330. A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file C:\IPOFFICE\VMPRO\LVMSound.cab has an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt. Error 24580 was returned by WinVerifyTrust.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I downloaded the Admin twice from the support website and unzipped - tried the install and got the same message.

Make sure all the .NET updates are in place through Windows Update. That's how I've gotten around that issue.

That didn't seem to help either.

It's not a software issue, as thousands have installed and used that software so it's something wrong with that PC/what's installed on it, time for trial and error troubleshooting
