IPO and Maximiser 8

Anyone had any experience in using IPO and Maximiser 8 to screen pop to the desktop. I know there is the settings on Phone manager pro but would like a bit of guidance before I start testing and not make mistakes someone has already made.

Any pointers on any papers I can download would be much appreciated.
