IPO 9.1.6 with SIP

When a call comes in I see 001xxx-xxx-xxxx. Is there a way to remove the 001?

Assuming the SIP provider sends the CLI as +1 IPO will adjust it if you fill in National & Internation Prefix and Country Code on the first tab of the SIP line.

Prefix is blank
National Prefix is 0
International Prefix is 00
Because a reset is necessary to change I want to make sure I get it right the first time.

I'm assuming that you don't have a national prefix in US.
Also country code would be 1.
