I have a 7.0.5 that I can't communicate with anymore. It tells me network error. I have tried both the LAN and WAN ports, triple checked my NIC and still no go. I am the only one to have programmed it to knowledge. Anybody got any magic hoohaha I'm missing, or a way to bust down the door?
 
First look in the Manager application folder for any old config files and save copies. Then using Manager,open one off-line and check the network setting match what you expect.

meanwhile;

- Does Monitor connect?

- Is this all on a network or just your PC and the IP Office?

- IP500 or IP500 V2

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Just PC and IPO. I will try Monitor.

I will check if v2 or not.
