IPO 5610 VPN with Engin SIP

Hi,
We have an IP500 (7023)and only have SIP trunks connected.
The issue is we have a remote vpn phone that Only has bad quality(Robot voice) when dialing local and interstate numbers(AUS) (9,8,02,03,07,08)When dialing 1300 numbers and mobile it works fine and there is no quality issue.

This only happens on the VPN phone, The digital phones work ok
There is no other trunks on the system.

Any help would be appreciated.
