IPO 500V1 R 5.1.26 rebooting

We have R 500V1 with VCM 64, 3 PRIs, 64 VCE Networking License connected with CE thru 4 Mbps leased line. It has been functioning okay till last two weeks. Now it is rebooting (Cold Start) intermittently and happening every 5/6 times in a day. Any clue..?!
 
Indeed monitor will show what is happening but i bet it is a failing power supply or someone changed the config recently.

The monitor show only cold start. The same configuration has been working for last couple of years without any change. To give a detail on set - up : It is a Call centre with35 setas at one location and 35 at another loction (CM at another end) connected thru 4 mbps leased lines. All calls coming on 3 PRIs are routed to TWO groups of 35 agents at each location using 32 channels of VM Pro. The rebooting is absolutely irretic happening anytime leaving no scope of analysing.. Any suggesition..?
 
Power supply is something that could be the problem.
Does it reboot at random times?

Yes.. .. So random thant you can arrive at any diagnosis..!!
 
Also many bridged appearances programmed or bridged appearances on BM32s have caused problems in pre release 6 systems as stated by Peter in IPOffice 500V2 7.029 rebooting

You will also find instructions on how to set up a trace for this.
At least it's not your SD card.

 
If it worked fine then it is a config issue or there is something changed somewhere (CM side is an option too)
Why are there two systems anyway?

@tlpeter - In fact it is a call center designed for some 8/10 agents for an AC company. As the requirement grew, the decided to out source it to some professional Call centre which is using CM/Definity, so we networked IPO 500 V1 to the CM using 4 Mbps Leased line so that some 35/40 agnets can sit there. ALl the i/c calls are lending at IPO and routed to another location.
For this particular problem, it is observed that the rebooting happens during the peak hours more frequently.
Any suggesition..?
 
Make a monitor trace of the reboot.
Then we can tell what happens.
