IPO 500 V2 R9.0.5, VMPro - one-X portal on the Windows 2008 R2. For integration IPO and Lync it is necessary sip trunk between IPO and Lync and one of this user license (OFFICE WORKER, TELEWORKER, POWER USER). One-X portal controls hard phone and Publish/Receive Telephony Presences (used for integration).
1. Does it mean that users from Avaya (with one-X portal license) and users from Lync see each other Presence?
2. I think, but just to check with you, is it possible to be used Power user license (enable Softphone, one-X portal) and one-X portal to control softphone that is installed on the same desktop running Windows? In this way, is not a necessary hard phone.

Thanks in advance,
Slobodan,

1. I'm now think that users from Avaya can see Presence from Lync but when Lync is not used for voice (like pbx) and there is not sip trunk between IPO and Lync.
2. I tried and one-X portal can control softphone instead of hardphone.

Has anyone had experience with one-X portal-softphone and Lync. Is it possible in this way make call from Lync aplications and see Presence?

Thanks in advance,
Slobodan
