Running 3.0 (44) software. We are having issues with the IP Office rebooting nightly and no being able to receive incoming calls across our PRI. In addition, we have problems with our 5420 sets saying, "please wait". We have to power cycle the entire system to fix the incoming calls problem. For the telephone issues, we have to power cycle the Digital Station Module. Anyone seen these types of issues and does Avaya have a fix?

Might check your licensing, I just came across issues after an upgrade to 3.0.44 whereas the KeyServer/sentinel driver did not reinstall properly, this caused a 2 hour window where as the system seemed to crash but it was just in an un-licensed mode.
After reviewing many posts about the issue I found the sentinel medic and it found my issue and fixed it.

just for those who need it, it works great and thanks to all the past folks that lead me to this

For your 5420 problem -

Open up manager on the network somewhere. Open the config to make sure you can see the IPO. Leave it

Unplug the 5420 and then plug it back in again. It will download its firmware off Manager.

Found this weird myself aswell but 5420's have firware that sometimes gets lost or corrupt
