IPO 406 got disconnected / went to night service automatically

Hi everyone,

I am running IPO 406. Most of the time it is working fine. But sometimes a group is set to "not in service" automatically. When people were in the middle of conversation, they could not hear each other anymore.

Thank you in advance


I am hoping any can give me some hints ? I am totally new to Avaya.I was never trained.

What software release are you running?

Avaya has had some issues in the past with Parked/Unparked Calls terminating other conversations and also causing the system to reboot.
