Is it possible to do a traceroute ?

The ping is working ok - but I've got 1 way audio again and the 'usual' method to get it working isn't working this time...

And sip trunks?

the reason I ask - is the cisco looks setup for SIP.

I can't really help much more than that as my cisco skills aren't good enough. I am not sure, but I'd be looking for NAT issues and really checking the VPN config. (I can't show you mine - I'd be instantly sacked) and we use a very different IOS package.

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Ah - yes - we have 2 SIP accounts set up - one for this office - outgoing calls only and the other has 6 channels - for the remote office !!

So an external call to the remote office goes like this:

Third Party -> Phone Network -> Our SIP provider -> Router1 -> IPO -> Router1 -> VPN -> Router2 -> Phone ..

Which seems a little long winded !! It is a live test - we wanted to avoid the £600/qtr charge for an ISDN line - and have plenty of capacity on the one IPO - always in the back of my mind is to purchase another IPO and put it in locally to the remote office. Inter Co calls are insigificant - so the only consideration is the cost of the IPO - the annoying thing is 90% of the time it works!

Finally - there is a Wireless Broadband service (almost) in our area - which I'm investigating as it gives 30Mb down 11 Mb up (one of our directors has just had it installed at home) - if I can get that into both offices then it should solve any bandwidth issues!

DMP is currently OFF - I played with it with the IP phones on WAN1 (and VPNs!) - and soon realised that it was best off ... :)
