ipLDK60 VOIB settings for both SIP trunking and IP Phones

I am trying to setup both a SIP Trunk and IP Phone:
IP Phone does any one know what IP address they are looking for, for the CTI IP Address in PGM 386? When I try to do the registration of the phone all I get back is NO ACK (MFIM#1).

Not having much luck with SIP Trunk installation either. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any FTP server for send you that manuals..
