PGM 171-0102 - gives Lines 1+2. Or have I not understood your question?

Hi Doktor,
Thanks for that, I couldn't work out how to put the line range in, it does not seem to be documented anywhere. we have 4 lines so after your explanation I entered 0104 and voilà, MOH now works.

Thanks a lot for your help - headache now gone.

Thanks for your staus update.

Hi

can the MoH setting be changed via the handset?
Programing guide is ambiguous and I do not want to test it through the client.
Client has IPLDK20, with system music playing.
Ideally we want to change this to comfort tones.
The client is 80 miles away and I only know how to do this in the programming...
Help appreciated thank you.

You need to upload the music on site, I would guess.
As you can only have one "melody" in VMIB M-O-H, anew "melody" must be recorded everytime the customer wants a change.
I had a customer with two music sources: VMIB and CD player. As it is possble to change the source - remotely, they had the choice of CD an VMIB.
To upload the VMIB music I have described the cable to be used.
Next post will contain this description.

See last post for the cable.
