Hi All,
This week I've installed an ipLDK-20 system in my house to replace an older system system that I had installed. I am using flexible number plan 7 (extensions in range 100-125) as this allows me to replicate the internal numbering I had before.
I am running software release 3.9(Bc).
I'm using a VOIM card for my incoming and outgoing lines (SIP) and have a VMIB card for voicemail. Calls are delivered to the system with a three digit number that either matches and extension or other value in the flexible DID table.
All of this is working fine, and the system is just about setup how I like it. Where I'm getting stuck is when trying to setup an after hours auto attendant (stops rude awakenings late at night, and lets legitimate callers get to who they want without waking everyone).
I've recorded an announcement (50), and have the DID destination go to this announcement. The announcement is played, and all seems well, however..
I have programmed a number of destinations in CCR PGM 228 against table number 50 (to match the announcement). My problem is, I'm having the following issues:
- If I dial a station, it only accepts two digits and dials but it dials the station matching the last two digits. eg: I dial 11 and I will be transferred to station 111 or 10 goes to 110. This wouldn't be so bad, except there's no way to get to stations 100-109.
- If I select any of the other options programmed (I have 4,5,6 set to ring at stations), I get "invalid entry".
Other than that, the error/timeout destination seems to work correctly. I can't test busy or no answer for obvious reasons
The extension behaviour (two digits, eg 11 goes to 111) also occurs on user voicemail boxes.
I was wondering if anybody had any obvious pointers that I may have missed? I have gone through the documentation several times and haven't found anything - it all seems setup according to how it should be.
Thanks,
Shaun
