Hi

Can anyone talk me through setting up when a call rings in the system displays the name of the incoming number and name if it is already entered as a speed dial number.

From the Programming Phone dial Trans/Pgm *#
Enter password if required
Then Trans/Pgm 114, station range, press flex key 11 (CLI Name Display)
Dial 1 to turn on
Then Hold/Save to update and save

A couple of other questions on 3.9 sortware is it possible to see the number that is calling in if it is ringing to a hunt group instead of it just saying eg, Hunt 620 ringing? And how do you insert the zero on incoming calls cli.
