iphone having problems with ** to check VM

Does anyone have any experience with iphones not being able to manuel dial ** to check vm? Is there a settings on the iphone for this?

There is a big problem with that some say they turn off 3G and have better luck. Take a look here, it is just 1 forum I looked at out of many discussing this issue.

Depending on what switch your using there is a patch for this

I had this same issue, and a patch fixed it.

The customer turned off the 3g function and still the same problem. Also no differenece on creating a speed dial from the iphone or manual dialing. It sounds like apple is working on a patch for that.

Note: The BCM50 has a DTMF issue with iphones, this is seperate from that issue. The old call pilot also has a DSP A8 patch to fix DTMF echoing.
