make sure you have the One-X for IPO, it should say IPO on it

on the ios, type only the ip address, no neeed for server port unlike the Android
I am having the same issue. It just spins.
Did you ever get it working?
I am on the local LAN so I am using the local LAN IP address of the UCM (not going through a firewall) and the username password.
Works fine from desktop and from android devices - just not from the two iPhones I have tested. One is an iphone 5, the other is an iphone 4s - both just spin.
