iPECS - System Call Routing 2

Hi All,

have a small issue with a site that requires incoming caller ID to be routed to a VSF message, the site has been getting a lot of Spam calls from the same number and wish to have that Caller routed to a VSF message.
i have setup the VSF message and also the basic programming in PGM251 however it isn't allowing me to add the caller ID so it will send all calls to the VSF rather than one number. any help would be appreciated

Try to set caller ID from "all call" to "co cid

Try setting the caller id type to co cid.
