iPECS Communicator

Hello,

I have an issue with trying to set up a remote Android phone running the iPECS communicator software. The Android phone logs into the system, can make and receive internal and external calls. The issue is there is no voice either end.

All the correct ports are open - Where else should I be looking?

Hi Dan7712,
It would be worth checking PGM 132 (Sequence of you VoIP card), for the Firewall IP Address (Your Public WAN IP Address) and the Gateway/Router IP Address.
Also make sure that the RTP Packet Relay Firewall IP Address is blank
