I'm trying to calculate some formulas for a Webview report and need to know what the short call setting is in IPCC. I haven't been able to find it so far. Does anybody know where I look to find this value?
IPCC Enterprise:
Configuration Manager->Enterprise->System Information-> "Abandoned Call wait time" which is short call.
Exapmple: if you specify 5sec here, this means all Caller that hanged up within 5sec are considered as Short Calls, when hanged after 5sec are considered as Abandoned Calls.
